Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places.   • The Younkin Success Center offers academic and career resources for students.
    • Buckeye Careers (part of the Younkin Success Center), offers a number of resources for all undergraduate students, as you search for job and career resources during and after your time at Ohio State.
  • SEE (Student Employment Experience) is a program offered through the Office of Student Life that offers professional development both for student employees and supervisors.
    • If you're not sure if you're a part of SEE, your supervisor can let you know.

  • Student Employment Experience
    • The Department of English is a part of the Student Employment Experience (SEE), and all supervisors of undergraduate students within the department are able to take part
  • The OSU Leadership Institute offers a number of online and in-person workshops and events, many of which are relevant to managers
  • Psychological Safety in the Workplace
    • The blog post, linked above, contains tips and scripts for both supervisors and employees to facilitate a psychologically safe workplace--one where people feel safe sharing their ideas, learning from failure and embracing productive conflict
