Eva will share her journey of balancing a rigorous academic program and a competitive MBA internship search process, which included discussing specific accommodations with a potential employer. She will share how she took an unconventional approach as a neurodivergent student navigating a business world with expectations designed for neurotypical individuals. Her distinct approach resulted in a meaningful summer 2023 internship with JPMorgan Chase and a full-time job offer.
