From interview preparation (including attire) to follow-up, we will go over the entire interview process, including the “unwritten rules” of interviewing. This workshop will address what interviewers are looking for in your answers, common questions, and how to articulate your experience and skills. After participating in this workshop, you’ll be able to ace any interview! After this workshop, students will be able to… • Understand the unwritten rules of interviews (attire, behavior, follow-ups). • Recognize different kinds of questions that might be asked at interviews and strategies to prepare for them. • Identify the skills employers look for in job candidates. • Articulate their experiences (from college, clubs, organizations, internships, and jobs) in interviews. • Find additional resources available (mock interviews, tips sheets, lists of questions) 311 Denney Hall America/New_York public
