Increasingly, graduate students are interested in using digital research methods and tools in their coursework and their theses and dissertations, and they are seeking opportunities to learn about them. This student-centered, student-directed Community of Practice (CoP) provides a forum for Arts+Humanities graduate students to mingle and learn about best practices, digital research methods, various tools, and available resources. This year’s schedule includes a variety of topics and a few guest speakers who will share their expertise: November 1: Developing a Website December 6: Research Management & Curating your "Archive" February 21: Mapping & ArcGIS March 20: Visualization April 17: Research Planning Co-Coordinators: Leigh Bonds (Associate Professor, University Libraries) and Deanna Holroyd (Ph.D. Student, Comparative Studies) All meetings are held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm in the Research Commons Brainstorming A (Room 350A, 3rd Floor, 18th Avenue Library). Refreshments will be provided.  Registration is not required.
