Bishnu Roy is a PhD student in English specializing in Writing, Rhetoric, and Literacy. His research interests include posthuman rhetoric and composition, digital media studies, materiality, writing pedagogy, and social justice. He holds an MA in English, Rhetoric and Composition, from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where his thesis examined plagiarism policy as an institutional apparatus shaping student authorship and subjectivity. He also holds BA and MA degrees in English from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
