About the Panelists: Brandi Davis has worked at United Way of Central Ohio for 5 years, where she currently serves as the Senior Manager of Volunteer United. With over 7 years of volunteer management experience, Brandi leads UWCO’s volunteer efforts to connect corporate partners and community members to essential volunteer opportunities. Her primary focus is managing the new Volunteer United platform in an effort to harness the power of our community and increase the capacity of the UWCO’s partners. Prior to joining the UWCO team, Brandi worked for Godman Guild, an agency partner of UWCO. There she was an integral member of the development department, leading volunteerism, donor recognition events and marketing efforts. Brandi attended The Ohio State University and received a Bachelor of Arts. In 2018, she received her Certification in Volunteer Administration. She is a graduate of UWCO’s Project Diversity Program Cycle 27. Brandi has a heart for bringing people together, lifting others up and being an advocate for resources and social awareness in the Central Ohio community. Molly Becker is the Senior Manager of Editorial Programs for the Scripps National Spelling Bee, based in Cincinnati. She graduated from The Ohio State University in December 2013 with a B.A. in English and minors in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies and Creative Writing. Molly's career thus far has centered around educational editing; she worked for both Pearson and McGraw-Hill Education before joining the Bee in 2016. She is passionate about leadership, language, details and deadlines, and she is lucky enough to get to embrace those passions daily in her work with the Bee. Molly is also passionate about football (Go, Bucks!), reading, reality TV and her family. She lives in Loveland, OH with her husband, Josh, and their dog, Chester.
