Porter Yelton holds a BA in English and American Literature from New York University with a minor in Creative Writing. From 2018-2021, he served as a Global Writing and Speaking Fellow at NYU Shanghai. He is a fiction writer and MFA candidate whose work focuses on translation, China’s rural-to-urban migrations, and queerness.
