English Undergrad Named Rhodes Scholar

We are very pleased and excited to announce that Ilhan Dahir (BA, English and political science, 2015) has been named a 2016 Rhodes Scholar. Among the most prestigious awards worldwide, Rhodes Scholarships provide recipients with two or three years of graduate study at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis to 32 seniors and recent graduates living across the United States. Dahir is Ohio State’s sixth Rhodes Scholar.
