The OSU Center for Folklore Studies and the Department of English presents a lecture by Professor Donald Haase, "The History and Future of Fairy-Tale Studies." Dr. Haase is a professor of German and Associate Dean of the College of Library Arts and Sciences at Wayne State University and is a leading scholar of the Western fairy tale tradition in literature and film. He is also the editor of Marvels and Tales: Journal of Fairy-Tale Studies, as well as the three-volume Greenwood Encyclopedia of Folktales and Fairy Tales (2007).
