The Department of English will host an English Undergraduate Poster Forum on Wednesday, April 20th from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in 421 Denney. At the forum, which will include a reception, students will present posters featuring their undergraduate independent creative work or research project before a panel of judges from the English department. The creator of the winning poster will receive a $500 award. All English majors and our Creative Writing, English, Critical and Cultural Theory, Professional Writing, Popular Culture Studies, and Medical Humanities minors are encouraged to participate in this event.
Poster Guidelines
Posters for the English Undergraduate Poster Forum should adhere to the size guidelines (4 feet by 4 feet) established by the Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. We will provide an easel and foam board to which you can attach your poster at the forum.
Those interested in learning how to create a poster for this event should consider attending the department's Poster-Making Workshop on Monday, March 7th, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in 311 Denney.
