Wayne Lovely provides strategic financial, human resources and administrative leadership to the Department of English, Center for the Study and Teaching of Writing, the Center for Folklore Studies and Literacy Studies. HIs intention every day is to better appreciate those with whom he comes into contact so that he can maximize the resources available to him in order to enable others to maximize their own potential, in and out of the work place. Lovely identifies methods to streamline operations and refocuses resources on the classroom and the work environment. Lovely continually develops and analyzes complex budget models to address challenges before they arise and to assess where the department is, what it is doing and where it is going.
