R.L. Stine Scholarship
Recognizes Ohio State English majors who have demonstrated a serious interest in Creative Writing

The Arnold and Frances Shapiro International Scholarship
Supports Ohio State English undergraduate participation in the department's study abroad programs

Undergraduate Research, Conference, and Thesis Grants
Supports Ohio State English undergraduate work and/or travel related to independent projects, thesis research, and conference presentations 

Rosemarie Sena Scholarship for Excellence in English Studies
Recognizes excellence in English studies at the undergraduate level

Robert E. Reiter Prize for Critical Analysis
Recognizes excellence in critical and scholarly writing at the undergraduate level

Genevieve M. Critel Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Composition
Recognizes excellence in composition at the undergraduate level

Digital Media Prize for Outstanding Undergraduate Work
Recognizes excellence in digital media studies at the undergraduate level

English Undergraduate Human Rights Award
Recognizes excellence in human rights studies at the undergraduate level 

Creative Writing Awards for Undergraduates
Recognizes excellence in creative writing at the undergraduate level (multiple awards available)

David O. Frantz Thesis Award
Recognizes excellence in thesis writing at the undergraduate level

Joseph V. Denney Award for an Outstanding Senior English Major
Recognizes outstanding graduating senior English majors

The Lord Denney's Players Shakespeare Prize
Recognizes critical and scholarly writing by undergraduates enrolled in an introductory Shakespeare course

Virginia Hull Diversity and Inclusion Award
Recognizes excellence in an English major from an underrepresented Ohio State student population 

English Chair's Emergency Award
For the support of meritorious undergraduate English majors who run up against an unanticipated, education-related expense
