Pronouns
She/her/hers

Arielle is an MA/PhD student in the English department at The Ohio State University focusing on twentieth- and twenty-first-century U.S. ethnic literature. Arielle is specifically interested in African American, Latina/o and Asian American literatures.

Her other interests include hybrid texts, feminist theories of the body, cultural memory, time studies and visual art. Broadly speaking, Arielle wants to examine the relationship between hybridity and the tragically absurd ways oppression often manifests in the stories of and around multiethnic American peoples.
