Media Literacies
The GradSem includes students at every stage of study from across the University who meet monthly for lunch and a student-organized program and discussion. The meeting on February 3 is about media literacies. How have new media and technologies changed the way we learn, teach, use, and resist reading and writing? We will consider the sociocultural factors that influence how we engage with popular media platforms.Participation in the GradSem is open to all students with an interest in literacy and its study.
