The Stanford University / Carol Schloss Suit against the Joyce Estate:
Acting on behalf of Carol Shloss, of Stanford University, Professor Lawrence Lessig of Stanford filed suit on June 12, 2006, in a United States federal court, against the James Joyce Estate, alleging “copyright misuse.
