Making Human Rights Legible: Narrative Forms, Legal Norms, and the Universal Declaration.
Joseph Slaughter, Associate Professor of English and Comparative Studies at Columbia University, will present a talk based on his award-winning book "Human Rights, Inc.: The World Novel, Narrative Form, and International Law" on May 6 at 4:00 pm in Denney 311. All are welcome.
The title of Slaughter's lecture is "Making Human Rights Legible: Narrative Forms, Legal Norms, and the Universal Declaration."
