Graduate Seminar in Literacy Studies: Literacy in the Classroom
The Interdisciplinary Seminar in Literacy Studies for Graduate Students, or GradSem as it has come to be known, formed in 2005. The group includes students at every stage of study from across the university. Each month, the group hosts a student-organized program and discussion. Lunch is provided by LiteracyStudies@OSU. The meeting on Friday, December 4th, will focus on the college classroom as a site of multiple and overlapping literacies. Organized by Lou Maraj (English) and Samantha Stewart (Teaching and Learning). Participation in the GradSem is open to all students with an interest in literacy. For more information, visit http://go.osu.edu/8Us, or contact Michael Harwick at harwick.1@osu.edu.
