    Program support for the Creative Writing Program, in the English Department at Ohio State University from various donors.
  • David Citino Memorial Fund (661060)
    Professor David Citino, poet. He served O.S.U. from 1974-2005. Poet Laureate of the University, Exemplary Faculty Award Winner, Alumni Professional Achievement Award Winner, and recipient of the 2004 Governor's Award for the Arts in Ohio. Not limited to but including Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarships and Travel Abroad Experiences for Students in the English and Creative Writing Departments.
  • Department of English Discretionary Fund (307050)
    Contributions are used to help defray the costs of activities the Department sponsors for its faculty, students, and staff. These activities, which might include holding a reception for a visiting scholar or purchasing tickets that allow English majors to attend a Shakespearean play, promote and enhance the academic programs and environment of the Department.

    Annual award for one English Department faculty member who embodies generosity and citizenship in the Department of English and is selected by the chair of the English Department.

    Contributions are used to support and enhance the activities of faculty and students in the Department of English who specialize in teaching writing and in studying rhetorical practices through the ages.

    Kitty O. Locker, English professor of Rhetoric and Composition at O.S.U. for 20 years. Outstanding Researcher Award, 1992; Outstanding Teacher Award, 1998. To Support Teaching Awards and Undergradute and Graduate Scholarships in the Department of English.
